Conduct MeetingVotes directly in Zoom using the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application. Voters remain on Zoom without having to navigate away from the video conference to cast their votes. Helping voters remain engaged and attentive for improved meeting management. Adminstrators can;
- After starting a Zoom Video Call, prompt participants to Initialize the ElectionBuddy-Zoom Application so Voters can vote.
- After Starting an ElectionBuddy Vote, Within Zoom, prompt meeting participants to vote by activating the ElectionBuddy-Zoom Voting Window.
- After Ending an ElectionBuddy Vote, Close the ElectionBuddy-Zoom Voting Window and focus meeting participant back on the Zoom Video Window.

Meeting and Voting Flow
At the beginning of the meeting, select this button to prompt each voter to install the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application.
After voters install the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application, the Zoom Voting Window will automatically open to the MeetingPage with a button to access the first running vote.
Voters enter their credentials included in their notice to access the ballot, and submit their vote.
After submission, the voting confirmation appears.
Administrators select the Close Zoom Window button to Focus Meeting Participants back on the Zoom Video.
When the Administrator requires another vote in the meeting, they start the vote in ElectionBuddy, and in their Zoom Window select the "Start a Zoom Vote" button.
Which opens the ElectionBuddy Voting Window for meeting participants, allowing them to access the ballot to vote.
Setting up Zoom Integration
From the "Account" drop-down menu choose Organizations.
Select "Edit" for the Organization that the MeetingVote is associated with.
Select the Meeting Page tab and then "Edit" under Video Conference Integration.
From the dropdown, select Zoom.
Enter the link for your Zoom meeting. To get this link for your Zoom meeting, select the Meeting Info icon. Then select the Copy Link button.
Paste the link into the URL field in the Videoconference Integration section, and select Save.
To allow voters to vote directly in Zoom, select the checkbox "Run ElectionBuddy inside the Zoom Application" and select Save.
If you have not already added the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application, select "Configure Zoom App" to allow ElectionBuddy permissions, and open Zoom from your browser.
If you've already added the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application, then in Zoom, select the "Apps" section and locate the ElectionBuddy App.
After the ElectionBuddy Zoom Application has been added to Zoom, enter the Meeting Page URL or Organization Key.
