Vote Boxes are optional organization spaces that better allow an administrator to group their votes into boxes on the Dashboard (like folders on a computer). For example, organize past votes by year, or keep a meeting’s MeetingVotes in one place.
How to Create a Vote Box
From your dashboard, select “New” and then Vote Box.
Name the Vote Box and select an organization.
How to Add Votes to a Vote Box
From within the Vote Box
Selecting “New” from within the box, will create the vote inside the box. You can also organize previous votes by adding them to a vote box. Remove votes from a Vote Box by selecting the vote, and selecting "Remove from VoteBox".
During the Vote Setup Process
Add votes directly to a Vote Box on the Details Page.
Managing a Vote Box
To access a Vote Box select the title while in the Dashboard of your account.
To Rename a Vote Box, select the Pencil Icon next to the title inside the Vote Box.
To reorder votes inside of a Vote Box, select the six dots next to the vote title. You can then select and drag the votes to your preferred order.
Example:
To access the vote-specific "Actions Menu", select the check box to the left of the vote.
