Your organization may need access to print or save submitted ballots once the vote is closed. Whether for internal records, hybrid voting, or offline access, downloading the Submitted Ballot PDF allows records to be retained outside of ElectionBuddy with a copy of submitted ballots.
The Voter Anonymity selected during setup is respected in the PDF to maintain the level of anonymity chosen for the vote. Similar to the Vote-by-Vote Report, if High Integrity is chosen, the ballots will be randomized.
Downloading Ballot PDF
From a Closed vote, go to the Results Page
Select the Vote by Vote tab
Select the Download drop-down menu and choose PDF – All Ballots.
Once the report is generated, a green banner will show at the top of the page. Select Report Queue.
From the Report Queue, select the orange download icon to the left of the report to download.
The file will be downloaded to the same folder where your browser is set to save files.
The PDF file will contain all ballots submitted during your vote while maintaining the Voter Anonymity setting selected during setup.
